By combining the Patio Room and the Great Room, the Expo West offers nearly 15,000 square feet. New renovated in a contemporary design with warm earth tones, wood accents, sculptured ceiling and wall of windows in the the Patio Room section, the Expo West accommodates up to 850 guests.
The first question we are always asked is "how much". The Expo offers ala carte pricing so that you can customize your luncheon to meet your budget. To assist you, we have estimated costs per guest based on most frequently requested options.

Approximately $5 Per Person For 650 Guests to $4 Per Person For 850 Guests.
Includes Room Rental; Stage; All Necessary Tables & Chairs; Tablecloths (Ivory, White, Black); Cloth Napkins (Array Of Colors Available); Table China, Flatware & Stemware.
*Estimated costs do NOT include food and catering costs. The quoted price per person is just an estimate and will change if additional options are added. Seating capacity does not include space for serving tables, stages, dance floor, reception tables or head tables. Approximate cost per person will increase if seating capacity is decreased.

Our approved caterers will work closely with you and our staff to help create an exceptional event for your guests. All of our food caterers are experienced and licensed. The Porter County Expo offers a wide variety of choices of bar service packages for your event. Our event specialists will work with you to choose a bar package that fits your needs. These packages can be customized to suit the tastes of your guests and your budget.
